1. What are DNP's hours of operation?
8am (ET)–5pm (PT)

2. What industry shows will DNP be exhibiting at this year?
DNP will exhibit at several shows this year. Please check the events for dates and booth number.

3. If I place an order today, when will my product be shipped?
Typically, orders placed before 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day, unless the account has unresolved issues. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next day or when the issues are resolved. Special orders may take a little longer.

4. How much is your repackaging fee?
DNP charges $25.00 repackaging fee per product ordered that is below the minimum pack size for that product.

5. How do I get on DNP's mailing list to receive a copy of Ingredient Times?
Please talk to your sales representative. They will be happy to add you to our mailing list to receive our monthly newsletter.

6. Do I have to sign a Sales Order Confirmation each time I place an order?
DNP does ask that you sign a Sales Order Confirmation each time an order is placed. This is an easy and fast way to verify exactly what you've ordered. In addition, it gives you the opportunity to make any final decisions before your order is processed.

We also give the option of a waiver agreement that allows you to place orders by simply sending us your hard copy PO each time. Your order will then be processed without having you sign the Sales Order Confirmation. Ask your sales representative for more details.

7. Can I place a special order for a product you don't have in stock?
DNP works hard to keep products you want in stock throughout the year. If DNP does not carry that item or the item is out of stock, you can place a special order and DNP will do its best to provide you with the product you need.

8. How do I submit a request for a return?
To initiate a return, please contact your sales rep to discuss the reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will issue a RMA for you to ship the product back. Some returns may be charged a restocking fee.
