DNP International Names Jim Schultz as Chief Operating Officer
To our valued customers:
I want to start by expressing my sincere gratitude for your business. Without your support, we couldn’t have achieved the 53.6% sales growth we did in 2011. This is the 18th year DNP has been a part of the industry, and we are the number one importer in the North American Nutrition Industry. Due to our strong partnership with world-class manufacturers, we can guarantee superior quality, consistent supply and the most competitive price in any market.
In 2011 the raw materials market has experienced some dramatic changes: we experienced the Beta Alanine crisis, Amino Acid and B vitamin shortage and the ascorbic acid collapse, as well as FDA taking some serious actions in the nutrition industry. During all this, DNP is showing its difference in its supply and order fulfillment. We are proud of our 100% blanket order fulfillment in 2011. From these lessons, the industry has also become aware of just how important excellent quality control measures and continuous supply are to a company.
To get 2012 off to a productive start, I would like to have a face to face meeting with you to talk about our partnership and to see how we can better support your business.
Below is a quick summary of what I would like to discuss in our meeting:
1.Company Presentation
This will show you DNP’s most recent changes and what our difference is in quality control, supply chain and pricing. We will introduce to you DNP’s quality control unit in Shanghai in detail.
2.Market Trends
As we work closely with 100 world-class manufactures in China, we will get the market update promptly everyday which I would like to share with you.
3.Your 2012 Projection
Sharing with us your 2012 projection will help us better understand your purchasing needs and make a customized plan for you to guarantee the supply and best price.
4.Partnership Pricing
Discuss your blanket order needs and introduce our 3-12 Month Blanket Order and package order plan.
Your sales rep will be contacting you shortly to schedule a meeting. I will be traveling nation wide for 2 months (February and April) and look forward to meeting you. Thank you again for your business.
