McMaster University in Ontario, Canada researchers from the biology department came upon some considerably positive results with a vitamin cocktail made up of such ingredients as B vitamins, Vitamin D and Ginseng, in addition to other vitamins and antioxidants. This 30 nutrient cocktail is part of a study on aging and has been performed in a laboratory setting using mice.
Results from the research performed produced active and smarter mice that were given the vitamin cocktail, according to the CBC News in Canada. The information reflected that fewer free radicals were produced, which is a common cause for aging. Although researchers have stated that it may take more time for a conclusive study, it is needed to determine the safety and ultimate effectiveness for future reference.
