Water Soluble Technology

Our Water technology increases the solubility of numerous difficult-to-dissolve compounds and it is well suited for the production of highly soluble liquid drugs. Physical chemistry techniques are utilized, thus not changing a product's chemical structure.

Supermolecule Technology is applied and makes use of naturally occurring molecules with pores that can be filled with smaller pharmaceutical molecules creating a supermolecule. Because fat soluble parts of the resulting supermolecule are generally bound inside the pores and the water-soluble parts are exposed, the supermolecule becomes water soluble.

Nano-encapsulation Technology is base on multiphase dispersion technique to disperse
the final product to diameters between 1-1000 nm. The technology of the products, raw materials for pharmaceuticals are wrapped in particles or droplets in the core with water soluble nano-capsule form.

Micro-encapsulation Technology is applied by extrusion and fluidization methods to form water soluble packets microcapsules. Most microcapsules have diameters between 1000 um-1 nm, and it may have multiple walls. The benefits on this technique are not only achieving water soluble solution but also reducing bad odor, taste and rate releasing of the product.
